Tilted Plate Rubber Sealed Butterfly Valve
Characteristic:
1.With equal pressure bi-direction sealing performance, and reliable sealing performance, it is especially suitable for medium with forward flow requirements, and reverse flow requirements of the working conditions.
2.Using streamline single plate semi-stem structure, large flow area, small flow resistance, and energy saving effect.
3.The metal parts in contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which has a longer service life
4.The rubber sealing ring of the valve seat is installed on the butterfly plate, which can be replaced quickly and conveniently with low cost of accessories.
5.The butterfly plate adopts a unique titled plate structure design, with less torque. It can be equipped with a smaller actuator to meet the requirements of valve opening and closing.
6.Small size, light weight, and light operation.
7.A variety of driving mechanisms can be selected: worm gear, electric, pneumatic, etc. the worm gear device is fully closed type, which can reach IP68 protection level, and can meet the operation of handwheel and square head.
8.The connection types include flange type and groove type for option.
Working Principle:
During manual operation, the worm gear transmission mechanism can be used to slow down the worm gear through the handwheel or square head, and the worm gear drives the upper valve stem and butterfly plate to rotate within 90 °, so as to cut off, connect or adjust the flow. Similarly, during the electric or pneumatic operation, the electric actuator or the pneumatic actuator drives the upper valve stem and the butterfly plate to rotate within 90° to achieve the purpose of cutting off, connecting or adjusting the flow rate.
Whether the valve is operated by lever, worm gear, or electric, pneumatic actuator, the open or closing position of the valve can be showed through the operating mechanism.
