Forged Buried Fully Welded Body Ball Valve for oil & natural gas medium
Product Details
This type valves are trunnion mounted, and are highly adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature. The valve stem is extended by the user requirements. Because the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will not be uneven stress, and no deformation due to the earthquake and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging. Underground fully welded ball valve can be directly buried underground, without building high large valve Wells, just set up small shallow Wells on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and engineering time.

5.Trunnion mounted ball, stem extension, anti-blowout stem, several-layer sealing of stem;
6.Cavity self-relief under overpressure;
7.Floating double seats, bi-directional sealing, two-layer soft seal rings and metal to metal seal form triple sealing;
8.Seat and stem are with emergency sealant injector and structure;
9.Double block and bleed (DBB) structure;
10.Flexible open/close, easy to operate, long life cycle;
