Product Details
The district heating fully welded ball valve for urban heating has the characteristics of strict closure, no leakage, high reliability and long service life, which is widely used in urban directly buried hot water pipelines. Because the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will not be uneven stress, and no deformation due to the earthquake and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.
As an open/close cut-off unit, the body is fully welded structure formed by pressed-steel pipe or plate. It has floating and trunnion mounted structures, the valve seat structure has the piston effect and wear compensate design. The seal structure is designed as single seal or double seal (soft seated ring and metal seated), spring will ensure the seal ring press on ball, and the valve can still remain no leakage tightly and run for long-term stable operation even if the pressure is not stable. The ball valve has the advantages of small volume, light weight, sealing without leakage, maintenance free, long service life, easy operation and so on.

This type of ball valve only needs to rotate the ball (open/closure element) 90°, which is easy and quick to operate.
3.Good seal performance
The seat of fully welded ball valve is normally made of elastic material such as PTFE, etc., with metal ball sealing, it is commonly called soft seated which can easily assure seal performance.
4.The valve body is made of seamless steel pipe or made of formed welding structure of rolling plate;
5.Long life cycle
Due to the good self-lubrication of PTFE, the friction and wear with the ball is small, and the roughness is reduced by the improvement of the ball valve processing process, so that the service life of the ball valve is extended.
6.High reliability
The fully welded ball valve has high reliability, mainly because:
a)the valve seat of PTFE material has good self-lubrication, small friction and wear with the ball, no abrasion and sharp wear;
b)The stem is installed inside, thus it will avoid accident potential resulted from blown-out stem due to possible loosening of packing gland under the action of fluid pressure.

8.The ball has two type of trunnion mounted and floating;
9.Double valve seat, single layer or double layer soft seal ring and metal to metal seal form several-layer seals;
10.Cavity self-relief under overpressure;
