DBB ball valve (Double Block and Bleed Ball Valve) is designed to replace the complex connection of multiple valves in the traditional pipeline. Reduce the leakage points in the system, and achieve the discharge quickly. The installation space is saved as much as possible. The installation procedure is simplified.
Performance Characteristics
1.Full bore or reduced bore design;
2.Anti-blowout stem, several-layer sealing of stem;
3.Body integral forging;
4.Fire-safe design in compliance with API 607/API6FA standard;
5.Anti-static design in compliance with API6D standard; The ball valve can be designed with anti-static structure, that is, the electric spring is set between the ball and the valve stem and the valve body, is the electrostatic energy generated by the valve through the underground passage of the electrostatic passage pipeline, to achieve the purpose of removing static electricity. Avoid electrostatic ignition and ignite the flammable medium to ensure safety.
